This is my passion. I've spent the past decade spanning marketing, HR, and AI. At Procter & Gamble I built the company’s most-used ChatGPT tool. I’ve taught AI to leaders and teams at companies like Microsoft, Disney, and Warner Bros. Discovery, with more than 1,735 adults trained since 2023.
My unique background across marketing, HR, and AI is my differentiator. This skillset helps me teach employees how to market themselves, lean into my HR coaching experience for career guidance, and effectively use AI.
Empaithy brings that same instruction to the people who need it most: job seekers in career transition.

Belong.
People learn when they feel safe enough to come as they are.
Believe.
Belonging frees them to believe in themselves.
Become.
Belief is what carries them through a job search.

“I learned to overcome my apprehension to using AI for this purpose. It created a far better LinkedIn profile and resume for me than the one I've been using. And it gave me more confidence that I could land a great job with the parameters I prefer.”

AI Career Readiness Workshop

Selected participant feedback from post-workshop surveys across two deliveries of the same AI career-readiness curriculum. Names are shown only where participants gave permission to share them.
No AI experience needed. No account to create, nothing to buy. You show up with your work history and we start there. Every workshop is built for real people at different comfort levels with technology, and nobody gets left behind.
This is not a lecture. You work hands-on with AI tools on your actual situation: analyzing a real job posting, finding the transferable skills in your own experience, practicing answers to the interview questions you will actually face. You watch your own story get stronger in front of you.
You walk out with a personalized job-search action plan, a rewritten resume section, a prompt library you can reuse, and an interview practice set. Everything is yours to keep. Every draft gets your review before it goes anywhere, because AI drafts and you decide.
Responsible AI
Use AI without giving up judgment, privacy, or authenticity.
Knowing how to use AI is only part of career readiness. Participants also need to understand its limits.
Throughout the workshop, responsible use is built into the exercises, prompts, and work products.
Participants learn what information should never be entered into public AI tools, including Social Security numbers, financial information, medical information, passwords, and other sensitive data.
AI can hallucinate, misinterpret information, or rely on outdated data. Participants learn to fact-check outputs before acting on them.
AI is used to strengthen how participants communicate their real experience, not fabricate qualifications, accomplishments, or employment history.
Participants review and edit AI-generated materials before using them in resumes, applications, outreach, or interviews.
Participants learn that AI outputs can reflect bias and should be evaluated critically rather than accepted automatically.
Responsible use includes understanding when human judgment, direct research, or professional guidance is the better choice.

I love to use interactive tools and analogies. Keep it simple. Here is one of my favorite ways to help beginners understand how AI works:
Quick, Draw! lets beginners see AI in action by having them draw an object while a neural network tries to recognize what it is. It makes machine learning easy to understand by showing that AI learns from examples, makes guesses based on patterns, and improves as it sees more data.
AI drafts. You decide. Everything we create together is a starting point that you review, edit, and own. Your resume stays true to your real experience.
A personal job-search action plan, a rewritten resume section, a reusable prompt library, an interview practice set, and a privacy checklist. All yours to keep.
Yes. We never put your Social Security number, birth date, or other private details into an AI tool, and we teach you how to protect them too.
You are welcome here. Workshops are designed for every comfort level, and you will get the support you need at your own pace.
Every workshop is tailored to the size, schedule, and goals of your organization. Tell us what you need and we’ll send a custom quote.
No standard packages. No hidden fees.
A powerful reminder to participants that your work is not your worth.
